4. Liquor Purchase Terms

• Age Verification Required: All customers must complete identity verification before purchasing liquor
• Valid ID Required: You must provide a government-issued ID (Aadhaar) and selfie for verification
• Delivery Verification: The delivery person may request ID verification at the time of delivery
• No Resale: Liquor purchased is for personal consumption only, not for resale
• Dry Days: Liquor delivery is not available on government-declared dry days
• State Regulations: We comply with all state-specific liquor regulations

5. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• Orders are subject to product availability

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Someone of legal age must be present to receive liquor deliveries
• We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control
• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value

7. Returns and Refunds

• Damaged or defective items can be returned within 24 hours
• Perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged
• Liquor returns are not accepted except for damaged or incorrect items
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed for processing
• Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled
• Cancellation charges may apply in certain cases

9. Prohibited Activities

QuickMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
